How it feels
Zero-nic pouches, built for your headspace
One plant active, three things you actually feel — mood, uplift and calm. Every day, with nothing you don't need.
Mood lift
A botanical people have used for centuries to feel better. You'll notice the shift within minutes, not hours.
Uplifted, not wired
No caffeine, no stimulants, no racing heart. Just a brighter baseline that arrives quietly and stays.
Takes the edge off
Kanna smooths the sharp edges off a heavy day without flattening you — you stay present, just less tense.
One plant active
Just 12.5mg of kanna extract, standardized so every pouch is exactly the same. No stimulants, no proprietary blend, nothing else.

They made the switch
Jacob H.Mood · Spearmint
“I was feeling super stressed … switched to these pure mood pouches and they make me feel sooooo good, made my nights out so fun and they taste so good.”
Corey L.Mood · Very Berry
“Fantastic flavor, love mood and focus pouches. Use the focus one at work and the mood ones on a night out with my friends or in the evening 10/10”
Michael B.Focus · Cool Mint
“Best alternative to nic pouches. Use them in the morning, workouts and runs. Love em.”
Ashlyn S.Focus · Tropical
“Love these, great for a hard study session or while in class. Also work really well for the gym when you need to dial in before a lift.”
Brad N.Hydration · Paradise Punch
“Super good flavor and love using them throughout the day to stay hydrated, super cool new technology in these pouches, more affordable than those electrolyte drinks.”
Sarah E.Sleep · Lemon Mint
“Helps me sleep every night! I absolutely love the Lemon Mint flavor super soothing and subtle, no more sleep drinks that make me get up at 2AM to use the restroom, never thought I'd use a pouch but these are great!”
The formula
Meet kanna
One plant. Centuries of use. The only active in every pouch.
12.5mg
Kanna extract The only active
Kanna is a small succulent that grows in the dry Karoo region of South Africa. The San and Khoikhoi peoples have chewed it for centuries — to lift the mood, settle the nerves and get through a long day.
3%
Alkaloids Standardized
The plant's active compounds sit in its aerial parts. We use a concentrated extract standardized to 3% alkaloids, so every single pouch delivers exactly the same 12.5mg — not a rough handful of dried plant.
0mg
Caffeine Nothing else
One active, nothing else. No nic, no caffeine, no proprietary blend.
Zero nic
Zero sugar

Timeline
What happens after you pop one in
The lift comes on fast — and it settles rather than spikes.
The lift
Within 5–10 minutes the kanna is working. The tension in your shoulders drops a notch and your mood comes up — no rush, no racing heart, no head spin.
The level
For the next hour or two you sit at a better baseline. Lighter, easier in conversation, less reactive to the small stuff — and still completely in control.
The routine
Over the first few days it finds its slot — the mid-afternoon reset, the commute home, the one before you head out. It becomes something you reach for because of how it feels, not because you have to.
The baseline
Used consistently, the ritual simply becomes yours — a lighter, steadier baseline you can count on, day after day.

Very awesome! I like it a lot and it’s nice for imitating the motion of a vape without being unhealthy for me. Unfortunately I put it through the wash, so I’ll have to get a new one early, but the product is very nice and high quality.
I think they are great but I was disappointed that the first one I tried didn’t last very long
How many puffs per item ?
Definitely didn’t seem to be a lot
